I'm Lauren, a senior from Libertyville, Illinois, studying Learning & Organizational Change and Psychology. I hope to obtain my Master’s in Higher Education Administration, working as a program director at a university. As an NCA Career Ambassador, I hope to support and advocate for students, wherever they are in their career journey. Feeling unsure of your interests, career goals, and future plans can be extremely stressful, especially at a rigorous and ambitious school like Northwestern, and I want to help mitigate that stress and work towards actionable steps.
