Summer Internship Grants Program

Summer Internship Grants Program: Apply now for 2026

The Summer Internship Grant Program (SIGP) provides a $3,500 stipend for Northwestern undergraduate students (enrolled at least through Fall 2026) participating in unpaid internships this summer. Students do not need to have an internship secured before applying, and previous SIGP recipients can reapply.

Alcohol, Cannabis and Other Drugs Consult

The Center for Student Advocacy and Wellness offer Alcohol, Cannabis and Other Drug consultations for students who are interested in exploring more about their use of substances. If you have questions or want to learn more about harm reduction in a confidential one on one setting with a health educator from CSAW. Sign up today!

Ash Wednesday

Start your Lenten journey with Northwestern's Catholic community on Ash Wednesday, February 18th! Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process to help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals related to: physical activity, sleep, healthy eating, time management, and stress management/coping skills. Sessions are one-on-one, confidential, and free for all Northwestern students.


Wildcats in Recovery - NU's Collegiate Recovery Community!

The Center for Student Advocacy and Wellness (CSAW) presents "Wildcats in Recovery" - a Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) that supports students in recovery from substance use disorders, process addictions, and eating disorders. We aim to bring students together and provide them with the necessary resources to excel here at Northwestern!

How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

University Partner Fest at the Art Institute

February 21, 11:00 AM-5:00 PM

University Partner Fest features gallery tours/presentations from faculty and museum guides, student art talks, a reception, and more. No need to register in advance. All Northwestern faculty, staff, and student Wildcard holders enjoy free admission to the museum along with the Wildcard holder's guests. For free tickets, a member of your party must show a valid Wildcard at the event registration table at either the Michigan Ave. or Monroe St. (Modern Wing) entrance.


 

Random Acts of Kindness Week: Card Making for Hospitalized Kids

February 12, 4:30-6:00 PM, Cycle Center 1st Floor, Annenberg Hall

Please join us to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week! We will be making cards for hospitalized kids. The SESP Teaching, Learning, & Education Program will be providing all of the materials. CSAW Recruiting Red Watch Band Program Facilitators

February 21, 9:00 AM-3:30 PM, Searle Hall

Red Watch Band (RWB) bystander intervention training provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and intervene effectively in an alcohol-related medical emergency. Join CSAW for the RWB student facilitator training on Saturday, February 21st, from 9am to 3:30pm at Searle Hall, room 3.220. Food provided!

Red Watch Band Alcohol Bystander Intervention Trainings

February 24, 5:30-7:00 PM, Searle Hall, 3rd floor, 3.220

This training will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to identify, prevent and intervene effectively in an alcohol-related medical emergency. You’ll also learn about how alcohol affects our physiology and behavior, signs and symptoms of alcohol poisoning and the truth behind common alcohol-related myths. Sign up now!


CSAW's Opioid Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Training

 This one-hour training is for students who are interested in being trained to administer Narcan (naloxone). Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of an opioid overdose, identify when it is appropriate to use Narcan, learn how to administer Narcan to an individual they believe is experiencing an overdose, and identify additional emergency steps to take. All attendees will receive a two-pack of Narcan upon completion of the training.

Northwestern IT invites all students to participate in the Computation and Data Exchange (CoDEx) symposium on April 21. Present a poster or create a visualization highlighting your research for a chance to win prizes, including $3,000 for a conference of your choice. Submissions are due January 30.
