Below is the schedule for Advance Scheduling for the 2024-25 academic year here in Norris and the Satellite locations:

Fall Quarter 2024 (9/1/24 – 12/20/24)

Student Org & Department Meeting Space: Opens up Friday, December 1, 2023, at 9:00am 

Winter Quarter 2025 (1/2/25 – 3/22/25)

Student Org & Department Meeting Space: Opens up Monday, March 11, 2024, at 9:00am 

Spring Quarter 2025 (3/23/25 – 6/14/25)

Student Org & Department Meeting Space: Opens up on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 9:00am

Summer Quarter 2025 (TBD)

Please note, you can request specific rooms but if they are unavailable we will make "best-fit" assignments for approved events. This may include working with other meeting and event spaces on campus if the requested rooms are not available for your event.

What if my Advance Scheduling Request is not approved?

Outdoor Location Requests

The Norris University Center has implemented a new, more collaborative product to facilitate outdoor space requests on campus. This system will help to streamline outdoor request processes and enhance communication within these areas. We ask that all requests for outdoor space be submitted through the outdoor event system. These requests will follow the same timeline as above. You are invited to submit your requests for outdoor locations here.

Room Rates

Please reach out to the Events Planning office our current rates.  Room rates are scheduled to increase September 1st, 2024.  Events scheduled during Advance Scheduling will be be subject to the rates in effect at the time of the event.
