Group Rates
Submit this form to request your group reservation. An Artica staff member will follow up once reviewed.
Space Rental for All Group Activities
$25 flat fee (minimum of 6 in a group)See specific activities below for additional pricing
All Group Event Requirements
- Minimum of 2 weeks before requested date of event
- Minimum of 8 people to be a “group”
- All bisque selections are dependent on current inventory.
- All requests are confirmed via email by an Artica Staff member.
- Payment may be processed upon arrival or before your event in person.
- Credit card and chartstring (if you are NU Staff/Faculty) are accepted.
- No cash payments accepted
Group Activity Options
Group Bisque Painting
$9 - $12 for pottery depending on item chosenVisit clover market for current selections. Inventory subject to change.
What’s Included:
- Cost includes bisque items, glazes, bisque painting supplies, and firing
- Due to a busy firing schedule, please allow 2-3 weeks after your event date to pick up your finished piece. Group leaders may email articastudios@u.northwestern.edu to check on its status.
- Artica Staff available to answer any questions you may have during your group’s event
Group Canvas Painting
Available Canvas Sizes & Fee:$9 Small - 8” x 10”
$12 Medium - 11” x 14”
$20 Large - 16” x 20”
What’s Included:
- Choice of canvas size, paints, and other in-studio tools to create your piece.
- Space and time to be creative and finish your painting
- Artica Staff available to answer any questions you may have during your group’s event
Catering and Food Policy
If you would like your event catered, please work directly with the Event Planning Office by emailing your catering request to norris-events@northwestern.edu. This applies to all group event requests.
