Fall Arts and Crafts Fair 2023

Fall Arts and Crafts Fair

Monday, November 17th
3PM-7PM, Ground Floor

This event is free and open to the public!

Join us for our 2023 Fall Arts and Crafts Fair presenting work from different Northwestern members and allowing students to de-stress from academics!

Unique art pieces will be available for purchase at a variety of price points, allowing for the perfect holiday gift or room decoration. Art forms range from ceramics,  jewelry,  paintings,  photography,  prints,  crochet, stained glass, sculptures, and more! View some of our previous Art Vendors here

Along with our artists, we will also have fall-themed crafts for our guests to make. This is the perfect opportunity for our students to de-stress and make art of their own! We will also be offering free hot drinks and warm cookies!

How can I be a vendor?

Our vendor application form is scheduled to open on September 13th, 2023. We will close the application form on October 13th, after which our committee will review the applications and notify the final vendors!  When applying for a table at the fair, we will ask for both descriptions and pictures of your work. In addition, there will be an associated fee with reserving a table.  No experience is necessary to become a vendor at the Fall Arts and Crafts Fair.  Our committee helps guide new vendors through preparing a booth for an arts sale and reminds all vendors of the steps to having a successful sale. If you have more questions about becoming a vendor, please call our office at (847) 467-7112 or email us at,

Is there parking?

There is a parking structure as you enter Campus Drive from the South. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on weekdays. At other times, you must park on city streets. You may buy a temporary parking pass at the University Parking Office, located on the ground floor of the Segal Visitors Center, before using the parking garage. Norris University Center is located at 1999 Campus Drive, Evanston, IL 60208.
