LeTia most recently worked as a Technical Recruiter for Amazon where she built an HBCU mentorship program that has seen tremendous success as an internship pipeline. As a student, Letia worked as a residence life intern for four summers, which inspired her career as a student affairs professional.
Prior to joining Amazon, LeTia worked in admissions at Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, and Carnegie Mellon University. LeTia holds a BA in Africana Studies from Brown University and will be working toward her MBA at Northwestern.
