Warehouse Maintenance Technician, 1st Shift
Job Summary:
Warehouse Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: The pay rate for this position is $17.25-17.50 per hour.
The Warehouse Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and storage facilities. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and packing cleaning supplies for maintenance/custodial routes, monitoring supply inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position is also responsible for cleaning the warehouse and could be assigned a cleaning route in a residential facility during the academic year, and/or room and building flips during the summer.

Job Summary:
1st Shift Custodian/Maintenance Technician schedules:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
- Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
Pay: The pay rate for this position is $17.25-17.50 per hour.
Specific Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Custodial Services:
- Uses machines or other tools as needed to clean, renovate, and renew floor surface finishes; to sweep, dry mop, wet mop or machine scrub and wax floor; to sweep and shovel snow or remove debris from steps and walks; to vacuum rugs and carpets; to move furniture, office equipment, supplies, etc.
- Provides light maintenance services such as replacing light bulbs and lubricating locks etc.
- Collects and places in containers for removal by truck, debris removed from offices, lounges, hallways, lavatories, walks, steps and other rooms in buildings or houses.
- Cleans, dusts, washes and polishes furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, doors, interior/exterior, glass, partitions, framed pictures, office equipment, trim and related furnishings.
- Cleans and services lavatories, toilet rooms, rest rooms, smoking urns, trays, and keeps units supplied with necessary items such as soap and towels.
- Reports any repair problems or negative conditions to supervisor.
- Responds to calls for emergency custodial service such as cleaning up spills, body fluids, broken glass, floods; responds to resident requests for linen, storage of items and/or luggage, etc.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Temporary Mail & Package Center Clerk
Participate in the distribution of inbound and campus mail. Process USPS, UPS and FedEX shipments. Work closely with and provide excellent customer service to a diverse population of students and staff supporting Residential Services on campus. Participate in seasonal peak of opening. Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
3 positions available, full-time (37.5 hours a week) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday from 8/17/25 to 9/27/25
Pay is $18 per hour

Residential Experience
Area Coordinator
The Area Coordinator (AC) is a part of the Office of Residential Community and Support and collaborates with the broader Residential Services team to foster an inclusive residential environment that fulfills the mission, vision, and goals of Residential Services and the Division of Student Affairs. The AC provides leadership and overall management for two residential areas equating up to 2,500 residents by supervising four full-time, Resident Directors, ensuring implementation of the Residential Experience, and leading committees to develop the student and staff experience. The AC is a 12-month, full-time, master’s-required position. The AC reports to an Assistant Director in Residential Community and Support. This position includes working with students, staff, and faculty in a competitive academic environment.
Pay: The pay range for the Area Coordinator position is $60,000-62,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Program Assistant 3, Residential Community & Support
The Program Assistant coordinates Residential Community & Support (RCS) administrative processes and prioritizes, directs, and responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with human resources, payroll, education, and operations. The Program Assistant acts as the administrative lead for the department and provides support for the Office of Residential Experience. They directly support the Directors within the Office of Residential Experience by effectively and efficiently managing the directors’ calendar, travel arrangements, and workflow requirements, and create and cultivate internal and external relationships that will ensure that all associated activities are completed diplomatically and on time. The RCS Program Assistant also serves as a key member of the RCS team providing direction and education to staff and student affiliates on financial and administrative processes.
Pay Range: The pay range for this Program Assistant position is $45,022.50 - $46,980 per year ($23 - $24 per hour) depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
