Guest Suite Reservation Form (Department Host)

We are now accepting reservations for the Northwestern Guest Suites at 600 Haven. 

Reservations are accepted as they are received, please allow 2 business days for a response.  If you have any questions, please email us at

All reservations need to be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the check-in date. We are not able to accommodate requests that are submitted less than 2 full business days in advance of the check-in date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have heard from us.

In the event that the guest suite is no longer needed, please email us at no later than 3:00pm the day before your arrival and we will cancel your reservation without penalty. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the check-in time will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
