Eric is currently enrolled in Northwestern's Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy (MSHE) program. Eric is formerly a Residence Life Coordinator at Grinnell College in Iowa, leading a group of 15 RAs and 2 SRAs and overseeing a residence hall of ~900 residents.
Eric holds a BA in English and a BA in Chinese from Grinnell College and was a National Merit Finalist as an undergrad. Eric previously served as an ELA and Guided Reading Teacher-in-Residence at the Achievement First Iluminar Middle School in Rhode Island and as an RA for the Grinnell College Chinese Language House.
