Natalia serves as the Mail and Package Center Clerk at Kemper. In her role, she coordinates the processing of mail and packages for the residents of the North and Northeast Area. Natalia’s responsibilities include handling mail, troubleshooting delivery issues, liaising with courier companies, and supervising student workers. Before assuming the role of Mail and Package Center Clerk in 2022, Natalia worked for Residential Services as a Maintenance Technician. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with students and dealing with new challenges that arise every day!
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Natalia moved to the US 6 years ago. When she is not in the office, she can be found spending time with her son, watching documentaries, and cooking delicious Colombian food
