As the Desk Clerk at the South Area Desk at Allison, Mia is the first point of contact for the students and staff in 636 and 640 Emerson, 1838 Chicago, 1871 Orrington, Allison, East and West Fairchild, Hobart, Jones, Rogers, and Shepard. She provides customer service and support to the residents and staff. Mia troubleshoots lock problems, issues temporary key cards, liaises with facilities and lock shop personnel for lock issues, and refers students and staff to various department and campus resources.
Mia graduated with a BA from Knox College and has a background working as a barista and ghostwriter. She loves bats, coffee, and anything paranormal.
