As the Desk Clerk at the Southwest Area Desk at Willard, Matthew is the first point of contact for the students and staff in 710 Emerson, 720 Emerson, 1856 Orrington, Chapin, Foster-Walker, North Mid-Quads, South Mid-Quads, and Willard. Matthew provides customer service and support to the residents and staff. He troubleshoots lock problems, issues temporary key cards, liaises with facilities and lock shop personnel for lock issues, and refers students and staff to various department and campus resources.
Prior to working at Northwestern University, Matthew was heavily active both on-and-off stage in Chicago's vibrant theatre scene. Matthew received his BA in Communication from DePaul University and has been pursuing Master's Degree programs in an effort to continue his education and expand his horizons.
