As the Desk Clerk at the South Area Desk at Allison, Mario is the first point of contact for the students and staff in Allison Hall, 1838 Chicago, Shepard, Rogers House, Hobart (630 Emerson), East Fairchild, and West Fairchild. He provides customer service and support to the residents and staff. Mario troubleshoots lock problems, issues temporary key cards, liaises with facilities and lock shop personnel for lock issues, and refers students and staff to various department and campus resources.
Mario graduated with a bachelor's degree from Northwestern and is looking to begin a Master’s program in Higher Education Administration so he may continue to contribute to the growth of our community and the resources it has to offer current and future Wildcats who come to know this beloved campus as their home.
