As the Desk Clerk at the Northeast Area Desk at Sargent, Elle is the first point of contact for the students and staff in 2303 Sheridan, Ayers, Bobb-McCulloch, Goodrich, Lindgren, Sargent, and Slivka. She provides customer service and support to the residents and staff. Elle troubleshoots lock problems, issues temporary key cards, liaises with facilities and lock shop personnel for lock issues, and refers students and staff to various department and campus resources.
Elle is an Evanston native and is thrilled to be working in her hometown for Northwestern. She graduated with a bachelor of science in Drama from Syracuse University in 2013. Prior to working at Northwestern, she worked in guest services in the hotel industry.
