John joined the Residential Experience team in June 2021 as one of the Southwest Area Resident Directors. John was promoted to the Area Coordinator position in December 2022, overseeing the North and Northeast Areas. John was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. John attended Eastern Illinois University and earned his BA in History. After completing his undergraduate degree, John completed his MEd in Higher Education Administration at Texas Tech University, working as a Graduate Hall Coordinator for two years.
After graduate school, John worked professionally for two years at Arizona State University as a Community Director on the Polytechnic Campus. John enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, reading, playing video games, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
