As one of the Administrative Assistant 2’s in the Residential Service Department, LaRita assists the Residential Service house workers, supervisors, and staff with maintenance issues in the residential halls by creating work orders for repairs that are then dispatched to the Facility Management Crew Personnel.
LaRita has worked at NU for seven years, first working with the Facility Management Department as a Dispatcher, then working with the Lock shop as a Data Entry Operator and Inventory assistant. Afterward she served the Carpenter and Paint shops as an Administrative Assistant, ordering supplies from their Vendors and making Work Orders. Out of all the jobs she’s worked at NU, LaRita enjoys serving the students most and loves her current role.
LaRita attended Kennedy King College where she minored in Communications.
