As the Assistant Director of Operations and Services, Fernando provides direction and leadership to provide excellent service delivery to the residential community. He assists in coordinating all housing operations, maintenance and housekeeping programs in undergraduate and graduate halls. Fernando provides interaction and cooperation with various departments, contracted service providers and residential students. He is involved in staff supervision of maintenance technicians/leads/supervisors and works with staff to provide an environment that is academically and socially stimulating.
Fernando biggest joy is being around his family and friends. He loves pop culture, professional wrestling and roots for the Chicago Bulls.
