Internal Moving Services

Reebie Storage & Moving Co., Northwestern's Preferred Vendor for internal moving services, manages all on-campus moves for the Evanston and Chicago campuses. Departments and schools should submit requests directly to Reebie using the Moving Service Request Form. This form streamlines the moving request and scheduling process and provides an email confirmation of the request. Please note:

  • It is important that you submit your requests with as much advanced notice as possible.
  • Departments and schools will be charged via the central bill process by University Services.
  • Facilities Management will no longer handle moves that are not related to a repair, renovation, or new construction project.
  • Midwest Moving is no longer an NU Preferred Vendor.
