Update to Dell Return Policy

Dell is now strictly enforcing this return policy, which can be found online at https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/return-policy. Returns are not allowed for purchases via purchase order UNLESS they are initiated within 30 days of invoice, are in like-new condition, AND:- the product you are returning is defective; OR
- you have to return a product because Dell made an error
If you are trying to return an item because it is no longer wanted or there was an ordering error on Northwestern’s side, the item(s) are not able to be returned. Please ensure that you are only ordering items that are absolutely needed, and that you order the correct items.
