Preferred Vendor Expo
The Vendor Expo is the only on-campus event that specifically promotes our Preferred Vendors and presents the most meaningful opportunities to connect with our campus community. Vendors are included by invitation only by Procurement and Payment Services. This event provides vendors the chance to share information and ideas on products and services provided, showcase new offerings, establish buyer relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Hundreds of faculty and staff attend our Vendor Expo, creating the perfect place for vendors and Northwestern end-users to meet one-on-one to exchange ideas and discuss solutions.

2025 Preferred Vendor and Business and Finance Expo
This year, in addition to our Preferred Vendors, Business and Finance units will be available to answer questions from faculty and staff relating to fiscal year end, Procurement and Payment Services, Financial Operations, Budget and Planning, and Accounting Services for Research and Sponsored Programs (ASRSP).

Information for Vendors
Registration
Details are being developed, including registration fees, that will be shared in the invite sent to Preferred Vendors by email. One table with two chairs will be available for vendors. The registration fee will cover: one table, one lunch, one parking pass. Vendors will be able to bring one additional guest and can purchase an additional lunch and parking pass.
Parking
Public pay-on-site parking is available in parking garages near each Expo location. Participating vendors will be provided with one parking pass, included in the price of registration.

- North campus parking garage, located at 2311 North Campus Drive
- South campus parking garage, located at 1847 Campus Drive

Electric Outlets
Electric outlets are extremely limited. Electricity will only be provided upon request during registration, on an as-needed basis. To make a request, please contact Priscilla McInerney at priscilla.mcinerney@northwestern.edu.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for participating vendors and one lunch is included in the price of registration.
Table Linen
Vendors will need to bring their own table linen. The linen should cover a standard 6' table. Procurement will not have any linens on site.
