NUQuickPay Live in April

PPS, Financial Operations, and IT are excited to announce that Northwestern has implemented an electronic payment option for individuals. NUQuickPay will be live on Friday, April 7, 2023.
The NUQuickPay program is a way for Northwestern to pay people electronically via Zelle or ACH. This is available to individuals (e.g., visitors, research subjects, independent contractors) that are set up as suppliers within NUFinancials and paid through the normal Payment Request or Purchase Order processes. Please note that only people with a mailing address within the United States and an account with a U.S.-based bank are eligible for NUQuickPay.
Companies must sign up through one of the existing electronic payment programs, Paymode-X (ACH) or ePayables (dedicated credit card).
