Northwestern Dining Discounts for Business Use

Northwestern’s fixed-price menu program offers discounted, inclusive pricing that fits within the University’s policies for in-town entertaining. The standard for reimbursement for dinners with non-University personnel hosted by faculty or staff is currently $90 per person (including the cost of alcoholic beverages, tax and tip). Please see the Travel and Entertainment Policy for more information.
For a current list of participating restaurants and inclusions specific to each, you may refer to our Discount Dining webpage. Please note:
- These fixed-price menus are intended for business use only.
- Items on the menus may vary from previous visits. Please call ahead to find out what is on a fixed-price menu at any given time.
- Contact the individual restaurants for details and to make reservations. Be sure to reference “NU’s fixed-price menu”.
For entertaining guests for breakfast or lunch, we encourage you to use our Wildcard Advantage restaurant partners many of whom offer discounted pricing for meals. Be sure to call in advance to confirm they are still in our program. The University does not offer specific pricing guidelines for meals other than dinner.
