University Travel

As the travel season approaches, remember to keep University travel policy in mind. According to the COVID-19 Travel Guidelines, all travel at this time must be considered essential. Domestic travel can be approved within the department or school. International travel is prohibited, but there is a petition process for essential travel if it cannot be delayed. University leadership must also approve international travel before being booked, and all travel must be booked using one of our two active preferred vendors:
- T100 will require a copy of the approval letter
- Egencia bookings will route to a central office for approval before being booked
