Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Supply Ordering

As we prepare for the fall, departments and schools should remember to utilize the personal protective equipment (PPE) that PPS has ordered on behalf of the University. Procurement and Payment Services has purchased general PPE for the University and will continue to provide it to departments and schools on campus upon request at no cost at least through the end of the calendar year. These items include Return-to-Campus kits, re-usable cloth masks, disposable 3-ply surgical masks, hand sanitizer pump bottles, disinfectant wipe canisters and personal use digital thermometers.
If you have a need for specialty-type PPE supplies (such as clear masks, N95 masks, KN95 masks or face shields), please reach out to Procurement at procurement@northwestern.edu, as we do have a limited supply of these items as well.
In addition, please note that PPS will continue to provide PPE to Aramark for the purpose of restocking the lobby stands, providing disinfectant wipes in classrooms, and refilling the Ecolab hand sanitizer dispensers installed across campus.
