Diverse and Local Vendor Networking Event
In partnership with Compass Group’s Thompson Hospitality, Northwestern welcomed over 20 diverse and local vendors to a networking event hosted at the Allen Center on July 30th and 31st. The event offered vendors an opportunity to connect with Northwestern’s new food service provider, Compass Group, to explore partnership opportunities on campus.
Business Leaders Council Meeting
Northwestern hosted businesses from the Chicago Business Leaders Council at Norris on July 17th. The Business Leaders Council is an organization that supports Minority Owned Business Development. Businesses from this group met with key Northwestern decision makers to discuss service opportunities at Northwestern in areas including Audit, Financial Operations, Insurance, and Risk Management.
