Northwestern will be transitioning from Egencia to Key Travel for online and agent-assisted travel beginning on February 10, 2025.
Travel Open Lab Sessions: Transition to Key Travel
To help with the transition to Key Travel, PPS will host Travel Open Lab Drop-In Sessions to give campus users the opportunity to meet with PPS and Key Travel representatives to answer any questions.

Preparing for the Transition
To get started with Key Travel on February 10, 2025, follow these steps:
- Log in at KeyTravel.com using SSO.
- Find "Create a Profile". Ensure your name matches your travel documents/passport.
- If you would like to give permissions to someone to book travel for you, enter that person’s name or email under “Assign Profile Manager”.
- Add loyalty program details and your travel preferences.
- Once completed, it will take 24 hours for your profile to become active.
- Download the Key Travel Mobile App (look for the green "K"and available on iOS and Android).
- Explore the Key Travel Academy for tutorials on using the tool.
