New W-9 Form

There are a couple of things that you can do to help speed up processing of your supplier registration requests. Check that you have attached the most recent version of all forms, especially the W-8 and W-9 forms. There is a new version of the W-9 form available in NUPortal Supplier Registration and www.irs.gov. At the top-left corner of the form, it should be dated March 2024:
Effective 06/01/2024, the newest version of the W-9 form will be required, example:
Supplier registration requests may be returned for various reasons, such as outdated forms or missing signatures. Upon receiving an automated email indicating the return, review the provided Registration ID and reason for the return. Correct any errors by deleting the problematic attachment, replacing it with the corrected document, and then click Save and Submit. There is no need to submit a new supplier registration request.
