New iBuyNU Platform is Live

Procurement and Payment Services and NUIT implemented the new platform supporting iBuyNU, effective July 1. Users will notice a new visual experience while they shop, while overall functionality is relatively similar to the old platform, including the ability to search for suppliers, punchout to supplier sites or catalogs, create shopping carts, check-out in Requisitions, and review purchase order and invoice information.

Thirty-seven (37) supplier catalogs are available for shopping in iBuyNU. Some suppliers have yet to be implemented, which include Guest Supply, Corporate Imaging Concepts, BOS-Hayworth Office Furniture, Henricksen-Allsteel, Interior Investments-Herman Miller, and Overture. Please contact the account representative for these suppliers, found on their preferred vendor page, to request a quote and submit an order as a non-catalog transaction. We will provide an update for these suppliers on the iBuyNU homepage and on the iBuyNU Marketplace web page.

A recording of the training webinar that highlights key changes to the platform and processes is available as well as Knowledge Base articles on the IT Service Management Portal web page to learn more about the new platform.
