University Express Package Delivery Programs – FedEx and UPS

Procurement and Payment Services manages the relationship with two of the largest package delivery companies, FedEx and UPS. Departments and schools can request access to a portal for FedEx and UPS that will allow you to request shipping services that will be billed directly through a central bill process. No invoices will be sent! The charges will appear on your budget statement no more than a month after the delivery services have been completed.

Please note if you currently have an account with FedEx or UPS that is not associated with the University account, you are responsible for payment of all invoices.
