Egencia - Uncollected Campaign

In July and September of 2023, an email was sent to traveler and traveler arrangers who purchased a flight or booked a hotel through Egencia and provided a chart string that was either incomplete, incorrect, or closed. The email was requesting a valid/revised chart string for flight and/or hotel stays booked through Egencia in fiscal year 2022 and 2023. When a department cannot be charged, the transaction is flagged as uncollected.
Ultimately, use of a valid and complete chart string when booking travel is critical for the transaction does not end up as uncollected. However, please note that going forward, we will not be waiting until the end of the fiscal year to reach out in the future, as this leads to confusion and an increased amount of effort. We will be developing a program to engage departments and schools monthly instead. Please be on the lookout for further information, a timely response is critical.
