Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being. Coaches work with you to build on your strengths and support you in creating sustainable plans to achieve your wellness goals.

Wellness Coaches can address goals related to:
  • Physical activity
  • Sleep
  • Healthy eating
  • Time management
  • Stress management/coping skills

Student Affairs Marketing is Hiring for Fall 2025

Student Affairs Marketing (SAM) is seeking creative, talented, and motivated students to help tell and share the stories, events, and resources of Northwestern Student Affairs. SAM has student graphic designers, videographers, photographers, social media coordinators, student feature writers, and more, gaining real work experience in a fun and creative environment.
