Please note that 1902 Sheridan OISS is open only for document pick up/drop off only. We are able to ship documents via FedEx, UPS, and DHL if that is preferred.

Document Pick-up/ Shipping

The OISS is open for document pick-up Monday through Friday, 12 - 4 PM.  

Document pick up by a family member or friend
If you would like a friend or family member to pick up the document on your behalf, please send an authorization email (from an Northwestern email address) at least 24 hours in advance to intoff@northwestern.edu. The person authorized to pick up your document(s) will need to show identification. 
In the email be sure to include:

  1. Subject Line: Authorization for Document Pick-up
  2. Include your full name and Net ID 
  3. Full name of person authorized to pick up the document(s) on your behalf
  4. Send this email from NU email address

Document Shipment - If you would like your document shipped to you, register and pay with eShipGlobal.

Reprints - Students can request a Form I-20 or DS-2019 reprint via the OISS Portal.
