Annual Salary Management

Overview

Salary Management is the annual process to assign merit increases, salary adjustments, reappointments, and promotions for staff and faculty members.

Timeline

Dates for administrators to enter annual salary planning information in the Salary Management tool in  myHR are as follows:

Training & Assistance

For access to the myHR salary planning pages, new users must fully complete online training and submit a myHR General Access Form.  Access may be subject to additional approvals.

Performance Excellence and Additional Resources

Staff performance is determined by the supervisor through the Performance Excellence process and captured in myHR Learn

Salary Management Reports and Queries

Various salary management queries are available for use during the planning period; queries must be run in the myHR Reporting database.

Merit Increase Letters

Merit letters will be available to staff members and librarians beginning August 23 in myHR by selecting the “Pay” tile and “My Merit Letter”.  To prepare a more personalized letter, instructions and templates are available:
