Hiring Regular Staff

The HR Talent Acquisition team supports the hiring process for regular staff positions at the university. Every department has a Talent Acquisition Partner assigned to help them navigate the hiring process. Talent Acquisition Partners can help you develop an attraction strategy, source and screen candidates, coordinate skills testing and reference checks, develop and negotiate offers, and manage onboarding paperwork.

Please review our recently updated Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement-2024. Our SLA defines how Talent Acquisition will work in collaboration with Northwestern Schools and Units to support recruitment of Staff.
