In Lead Yourself we focus on developing personal effectiveness, leading through collaboration, and influencing others. Anchor programs include:

- Northwestern Emerging Leaders Program (coming soon)
- In its past iterations the program was open only to early career women who wanted to elevate themselves and others to ensure the fullest expression of their talents, paving the way for all women to flourish and thrive as leaders. We are currently exploring opportunities to redesign this program, opening it to other Staff Affinity Groups across the University, who are not only inspired but also deeply committed to making an impact, to position themselves for future leadership roles.
