Add or Update Phone Number
Note: If you are an incoming undergraduate student and you would like to update your address or phone number, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
All other students, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Navigate to the CAESAR login page and login using your NetID and password
Step 2
Click on the Profile tile displayed towards the top left of your student homepage.
Step 3
Click on the Contact Details link displayed on the left-hand menu of your student homepage.
Step 4
Follow the directions on the phone numbers page to add, change, or delete a phone number. Please be sure to
check the “Use for Emergency Notification” box, then click the Save button to receive SMS (text) emergency alerts. It is important that the University can reach you during an emergency or other serious threat. Please be sure to keep your emergency notification phone number up to date.
*Please allow up to 24 hours for your information to update within Rave, Northwestern’s emergency notification system.
