Northwestern University, Procurement and Payment Services has implemented a new program to facilitate all outbound domestic and international shipments. eShipGlobal, an outbound web-based shipping service portal, is intended to replace the use of traditional FedEx.com, UPS.com, DHL and USPS websites to arrange for the shipping of a package.
For information on export controls and international shipping visit the Export Controls and International Compliance (ECIC) International Shipping page.
The eShipGlobal platform is expected to be available for use beginning September 2, 2025. All units will start using eShipGlobal and expected to close their specific Fedex, UPS, DHL accounts by January 1, 2026.
Training for all users will be provided before and after the launch of this program. Registration is required to pick the day and time to join the train session on Zoom from the following.
