Travel Agencies
All faculty and staff at Northwestern are highly encouraged to use one of Northwestern's contracted travel agencies to book University travel.
Each agency offers a range of services to meet the various needs of our travelers. Key Travel and T100 Group are both available for new bookings. Access to Egencia is now closed for new bookings. If you have any questions regarding Egencia, please contact travel@northwestern.edu.

Travelers will not pay a fee for online booking. The University will cover this cost. Fees for booking through an agent will be charged to the chart string used for booking. For a full list of fees, visit the Key Travel Preferred Vendor web page. There are no fees for calling an agent with questions pertaining to travel, only when a booking occurs. |
