Copying and Digital Printing Services

Quartet Digital Printing is a centrally-billed preferred vendor on the Evanston and Chicago campuses and meets the in-house copying and digital printing needs of Northwestern University, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Business Card and Stationery Printing Services

C2 Imaging is the University's Preferred Vendor for business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and other stationery. Orders much be placed through iBuyNU.

Cost Estimates

Printing prices are designed to be competitive in the printing market and are generally lower than external vendors.

Printing Services provides accurate estimates on most orders. However, the estimate may no longer be valid if the order specifications change, or if the order is submitted more than thirty days past the original estimate date. Check the cost with the customer service representative before making any changes in your order.

Copyright Guidelines

Reproduction of copyrighted materials, without prior permission of the copyright owner, is an issue of concern for the academic community. Not only does it violate the rights of the author and/or publisher of the copyrighted work, it runs contrary to the academic mission to respect ideas by disrespecting the intellectual property that expresses those ideas.

Written approval from the holder of the copyright should be submitted when published and copyrighted materials are sent for reproduction.

On-Site Customer Service

Copying and digital printing customer service representatives are always available for on-site customer consultations. In these consultations, customer service representatives can:

  • Discuss job specifications
  • Suggest improvements for the product design or construction
  • Determine a realistic delivery date
  • Lower printing costs
  • Give quotes
  • Discuss special services including courier pickup and delivery to and from the customer's desk, large job production capabilities, mass mailings and more
