Tariff Refund Guidance

On February 20, 2026, the United States Supreme Court invalidated tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). The Court did not address refunds.

PPS is continuing to monitor the situation and asks you for patience as things settle. We are working closely with our customs clearance and export controls service partners to gather information.

If you have recently worked with a vendor on a quote that includes a tariff fee, ask the vendor if it still applies given the recent ruling.
