New Online Event Registration Platform

Following a successful competitive bid process led by Procurement and Payment Services, the Office of the Controller has awarded a new agreement to RegFox for online event registration. The agreement will be available soon. Additional information will be provided on the Online Event Registration webpage. This new cost-effective option will supplement the free "hosted page” offering and the “enterprise-grade Cvent” offering. These current offerings have drawbacks in that the hosted page has limited features, and the enterprise-grade Cvent offering is not only expensive, but includes certain unnecessary features. Monthly invoices will be sent to using departments and schools, which will allow units to work directly with RegFox to acquire and pay for the services.
