2026 Preferred Vendor/Business and Finance Expo

Business and Finance will host our Preferred Vendor/Business and Finance Expo again this year.  We received great feedback from the University community last year.  Save the date, Tuesday, August 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Louis Room in Norris University Center.

  • Preferred Vendors will showcase products and services, and faculty and staff can connect with their dedicated representatives.
  • In addition to Preferred Vendors, Business and Finance units will be available to answer questions from participants. These units include:
    • Procurement and Payment Services: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Vendor File Management, Procurement Business Office, Corporate Card
    • Financial Services: Controller, Accounting Services, Depository Services, Tax and Regulatory Services
    • Budget and Planning
    • Accounting Services for Research and Sponsored Programs (ASRSP): Cost Studies
  • Breakout sessions will occur. Additional sessions will be hosted in nearby rooms. More information will be sent to staff using the Financial Services listserv.
