2025 Preferred Vendor and Business and Finance Expo

Procurement and Payment Services (PPS) will host a Preferred Vendor Expo on Tuesday, August 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Norris in the Louis Room.

• Meet Our Vendors: Preferred Vendors will showcase products and services, and faculty and staff can connect with dedicated representatives.
• Expanded This Year: In addition to Preferred Vendors, Business and Finance units will be available to answer questions. These include:
  • Procurement and Payment Services: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Vendor File Management, Procurement Business Office, Corporate Card
  • Financial Operations: Controller, Accounting Services, Depository Services, Tax and Regulatory Services
  • Budget and Planning
  • Accounting Services for Research and Sponsored Programs (ASRSP): Cost Studies
• Breakout Sessions: Additional sessions will be hosted in nearby rooms. More information will follow closer to the event date.
