Staff Survey
Dear Members of Student Affairs:
I want to thank you for taking the time out to complete the student affairs staff survey this past fall. As always, I found the data and comments most helpful in providing me an update on areas we have identified as essential to our organizational health. In the coming months, I will be meeting with each department to review the attached summary of results. I am hoping you will be prepared to engage in a discussion on how we are doing and what we need to identify as areas of priority.
I appreciate the feedback and candor which you have provided to me in this survey. I continue to be impressed with your very hard work, and your efforts are still paying off and I am grateful. At the same time, you have made me aware of the areas that need further attention. We will work together to address those priorities going forward.
