Rates listed for each unit type are per person per quarter even in shared unit types. Payment for each quarter is due in advance, in accordance with the University’s quarterly payment due dates.

All graduate housing apartments are furnished and include a small kitchen. The rent amount also includes all utility costs, wi-fi, basic cable service, and free use of laundry machines.
