Paul serves as the Director, Strategic Initiatives and Planning in Residential Services after joining the Residential Life team at Northwestern in August 2011. Paul's work focuses on strategic initiatives, communication, human resources, and organizational development. Originally from the Metro Detroit area in Michigan, Paul earned a B.S. from Central Michigan University, a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University, and a M.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. He is a student in the Education Policy, Organization & Leadership Ed.D. program with an emphasis in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
Paul has previous professional experience working in residence life at Valparaiso University, Northern Illinois University, and Illinois Institute of Technology. He is actively involved in the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I) and is a past president of the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO).
