Welcome to the Division of Student Affairs!
You have joined us at an exciting time. We are implementing our new Strategic Plan, which shapes all that we do in Student Affairs. We as a Division, are committed to educating students, engaging the community and enriching the Northwestern experience. Our aim is to be full partners in the student learning experience at Northwestern. Part of our contribution to their education is developing student leaders for our global community. Together with our Northwestern University partners, we have a chance to make a difference in all our communities—local, regional, and global.
How we go about doing our work is framed by our guiding principles listed in the strategic plan. Our strategic plan is focused on helping us achieve our vision through six strategic themes. Please take sometime to familiarize yourself with the plan and have a conversation with a colleague or/and your supervisor.
