Sexual Health
Having a healthy sex life is good for you emotionally and physically. However, engaging in sex is not necessarily risk-free. Two possible unintended/unwanted outcomes from engaging in sexual activity are pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. Understanding how to protect oneself and their partner(s) by utilizing contraception (birth control) and barrier methods properly can greatly reduce the likelihood of either occurring. These two dashboards touch on each of those areas of sexual health.
