Stress Level
Stress can result from many different factors and last for varying amounts of time. In the short term, stress can help motivate a person to complete a task or avoid a dangerous situation. However, stress can also be ongoing and result in serious health outcomes.
Of Note:
- While very few students nationally report experiencing no stress (2%), there were no Northwestern students indicating not having some level of stress.
- Hispanic students are nearly twice as likely (22%) to report a tremendous level of stress as compared to any other racial demographic.
