Permits
Please Note: Parking on the Chicago campus is at capacity and most lots are now operating on a waitlist procedure. Please contact the Chicago Parking Office for additional details.
Valid parking authorization is required at all times for all faculty, staff, student, and emeriti utilizing parking in any campus lots or garages on the Northwestern University Chicago campus.
Student parking must be purchased in person through the Chicago Parking Office. Student permits are available for purchase beginning in mid-September each year. Parking authorization is sold to students on an annual or academic year basis. All new student commuters require their school administrator's approval before applying for a permit. Student parking is charged to your student account.
Contractor permits must be purchased through ABM Parking at the Erie Ontario Parking Garage Office. Please contact the garage manager, 312-503-7253, for pricing, billing, and availability.

- Faculty/Staff Annual Commuter Permit
- Emeriti Permit
- Student Commuter Permit
- Evening and Weekend Permit
- Weekend Annual Permit
- Motorcycle Annual Permit
